I’m Steve Van Gorden, REALTOR® and broker/owner of SVG Realty LLC. I help buyers and sellers navigate real estate decisions in Dade City, Zephyrhills, Brooksville, Spring Hill, Wesley Chapel and the surrounding communities. I’ve worked in real estate since 2013 and opened SVG Realty LLC in 2022.

Dade City is home to my family. I serve as an Ambassador with the Greater East Pasco Chamber of Commerce ↗ and remain involved in Rotary, reflecting my interest in supporting local relationships and helping our community.

I served as President of the Rotary Club of Dade City in 2025–2026 and serve as Rotary District 6950 Assistant Governor for Area 5 in 2026–2027. I also served as President of the Hernando County Association of REALTORS® in 2025.

Earlier in my public service, Dade City’s official records document my election to the City Commission on April 13, 2004, and list me as Mayor Pro Tem in a city document dated March 6, 2007.
